Zoltán Jutasi was appointed as new CEO of Synergon Group – announced the company at the website of Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE). Mr Jutasi – member of the Board of Directors in Synergon Informatics Plc. and executive manager of Synergon System Integrator Ltd. – was elected unanimously by the Board of Directors.

Decisions were also made on structural changes; the Synergon Group has started a reorganization process in the past few months. As a result of this reorganization process and structural changes the board came to the decision of electing Mr Jutasi for the position, who will take his place five months from. The board is convinced that they have found the right person for rationalizing the operating costs and carrying out the necessary changes in the organizational structure.
